Hi! I’m Marie and I currently live in Denver, Colorado - formally a resident of the beloved East Village in NYC and before that, the Northshore of Massachusetts. More importantly, I absolutely love to cook. Full disclaimer, I have zero professional experience working in a kitchen nor any educational background in the culinary arts - I just really enjoy cooking. Simple as that. My corporate career is in the food & beverage space because I love learning about what is happening in the space, but my corporate role is completely unrelated to the culinary team. I should also mention I am a vegetarian - so I sincerely apologize to all of the meat heavy eaters reading this right now that just sighed.
